Warranty and Return


OPPSK.com provide our customers with a 12 month warranty. 


If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us at ann@oppsk.com to get a return authorization number. Then return it in its original condition within the return period and we’ll arrange exchange or give you a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. 

The following products cannot be returned-Clearance items, items identified as non-returnable, discontinued items, items damaged due to an installation error, improper operation, or other manmade reasons.

Spare parts-If you are professional technician and are capaple of fixing the problem you've got with the light, we would love to provide spare parts.

We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy.

Return Freight Cost and Insurance

Return costs are the responsibility of the sender. We encourage all return packages to be insured. We are not responsible if packages are lost or damaged during shipment.
